With several mouse clicks in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel, you can set up five different levels of protection. If you continue to get spam or the email filters start preventing legitimate messages from entering your mailbox, you can switch to another level just as easily. If you don’t want to risk skipping an authentic email that may be blocked as spam because of its content, you can also configure custom email filters based on the body, the sender or the subject of the message and forward the emails to some other email address where you can check them later.

Our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel will allow you to activate the filter for any email account with several clicks and you can choose any of the five safety levels – from very low to very high. The level can be altered at any time if, for instance, authentic emails get blocked, or if junk messages go through and reach your inbox. To be on the safe side, you can choose all filtered emails to be re-sent to a special email account such as spam@your-domain.com and not to be deleted. In this way, you can examine them from time to time to ensure that you have not missed out on an authentic email message.
